The baby you see in the photos is not what you will receive. These doll kits are painted by prototype artists who have authorized us to use their photos as examples to show what the doll kits can look like when they are finished. The kit includes the unpainted, vinyl parts only. Bodies will not be included unless otherwise stated.
All of our doll kits and other products are brand new and are stored in a smoke free, temperature controlled environment.
Pre-Order deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. When you pre-order an item and we collect the deposit, we consider this an agreement between DM-H Studio LLC and our customers that you will honor by paying for your item(s) once the invoice has been sent.
We will send invoices through your Paypal email with the remaining balance when the item is in stock and ready to ship, unless a different payment method has been agreed upon. Once you receive an invoice, you will have 14 days to pay for your item unless prior arrangements were made. If the item is not paid for within the 2 weeks, the item will be put back into our available inventory and the $30 deposit will be considered a restocking fee that is non-refundable.
All Guarantees are void if the vinyl is heated as we cannot predict what could become defective. The vinyl can crack or bubble which is not the fault of the manufacturer or the inspection process. If you decide to heat your vinyl you must do so at YOUR OWN RISK. Inspect your kit after you receive it immediately.
